Met jouw werk leg je de technische basis onder alles wat we logistiek voor elkaar krijgen. Een functie met impact, vrijheid en volop mogelijkheden om te groeien in wat jij het liefst doet: systemen en processen in topvorm houden. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt, blijft draaien en steeds een beetje beter wordt.

Jouw rol: onmisbare schakel tussen IT en logistiek

Als Business Analist ben jij de kracht achter stabiele applicaties en soepel lopende processen. Dankzij jouw scherpe analyses en adviezen kunnen collega’s hun werk efficiënt doen en blijft onze logistieke operatie draaien als een geoliede machine. Je beheert en optimaliseert onze logistieke applicaties en bijbehorende interfaces, en werkt nauw samen met key-users om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten.

Dagelijks los je technische vragen of storingen op voor gebruikers, zowel nationaal als internationaal. Je zoekt actief naar manieren om systemen sneller, slimmer en foutloos te maken – van TMS tot integraties met klantsystemen. Daarnaast ondersteun je de Teamleider Business Support bij het managen van projecten en draag je actief bij aan het vormgeven van de strategische IT-visie.

Of het nu gaat om data-analyse, projectondersteuning of het implementeren van een nieuwe interface: jij houdt het overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat techniek en operatie perfect op elkaar aansluiten. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen techniek en praktijk, en werkt samen met collega’s uit de operatie én onze externe IT-partners om het maximale uit onze systemen te halen.
