Je kijkt verder dan één afdeling en ziet hoe processen, systemen en werkzaamheden met elkaar samenhangen. Zo voorkom je dat afdelingen het wiel opnieuw uitvinden en herken je waar bestaande oplossingen ook op andere plekken kunnen werken. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is het ophalen en organiseren van wensen vanuit de business. Je stelt de juiste vragen, achterhaalt wat er écht nodig is en brengt verschillende wensen en belangen samen. Je helpt Broekhuis om dit niet alleen goed vast te leggen, maar er een structureel en continu proces van te maken. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de business en IT. Je maakt complexe onderwerpen begrijpelijk en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende niveaus en communicatiestijlen. Je luistert goed, vraagt door en zorgt dat verschillende partijen elkaar begrijpen. Zo vertaal je de behoefte van de business naar een duidelijke basis voor IT. Je kijkt naar wat er beter kan en weet dit te vertalen naar haalbare oplossingen. Daarbij heb je kennis van data, RPA, workflow-automatisering en AI.
