Jij zorgt ervoor dat complexe vraagstukken worden vertaald naar slimme, werkbare softwareoplossingen die écht waarde toevoegen voor onze klanten. Onze klanten opereren veelal in de logistieke en industriële sector. Daarom begrijp jij hoe operationele processen werken en kun je de vertaalslag maken van de dagelijkse praktijk naar effectieve softwareoplossingen. Je duikt in processen, stelt de juiste vragen en weet de behoefte achter de vraag scherp te krijgen. Door deze inzichten te vertalen naar heldere epics, features en user stories geef je richting aan de ontwikkeling van onze software en zorg je ervoor dat oplossingen naadloos aansluiten op de praktijk. Je werkt nauw samen met IT collega's, Business Developers en klanten. Dankzij jouw analytisch vermogen, gestructureerde aanpak en oog voor detail worden ideeën omgezet in concrete resultaten. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van requirements, ondersteunt bij testen en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe functionaliteiten succesvol worden geïmplementeerd. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol bij de adoptie van onze oplossingen, verzorg je heldere functionele documentatie en draag je bij aan een optimale gebruikerservaring. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat klantwensen werkelijkheid worden en dat onze software blijft bijdragen aan efficiëntere, slimmere en toekomstbestendige logistieke processen.
