Business Analist Functie Wij zoeken een Business analist voor het project Bewonersprocessen Digitaliseren (32-36 uur per week, Hoofdkantoor, Rijnstraat). Je helpt bij het vertalen van strategische kaders naar praktische oplossingen en ondersteunt de uitvoering bij het digitaliseren en vereenvoudigen van bewonersprocessen. Wat ga je doen? Verantwoordelijkheden en taken - Ophalen en uitwerken van de behoeftes van de business en vertalen naar projectideeën of feature documents. - Vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar concepten en zorgen voor consistentie en draagvlak binnen de organisatie, rekening houdend met technische mogelijkheden, AVG en bedrijfsvoering. - Opstellen van specificaties waarmee IT-functionaliteiten gebouwd kunnen worden. - Ondersteunen bij informatievraagstukken in nauwe samenwerking met IT, Beleid en uitvoering; onderzoeken van effecten van veranderingen en uitvoeren van gebruikerstesten ter validatie. - In kaart brengen van huidige en toekomstige processen op hoofdlijnen volgens de integrale service blueprint-benadering (klantreis, onderliggende IT en data), samen met de UX-designer. - Organiseren van workshops, het maken van duidelijke modellen en het helder informeren van interne klanten om tot een gedragen realisatie te komen. Werktijd en voorwaarden - Tijdsbesteding: 32-36 uur per week - Werkwijze: Hybride werken is in afstemming met het projectteam mogelijk (deels op afstand, afgewisseld met live ontmoetingen). - Aard: Tijdelijke inzet voor de duur van het project. Het team Je maakt deel uit van een kernteam met onder andere een projectleider, scrummaster/projectsecretaris, domein-specialist en service designer. Daarnaast werk je samen met een breder projectteam en de uitvoering om de implementatie vanuit ontwerp te realiseren. Wie ben jij? - Hbo+/wo werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als business analist. - Ervaring met advieswerkzaamheden. - Ervaring met Business Process Management ...
