De organisatie bestaat uit verschillende gespecialiseerde bedrijfsonderdelen en beschikt over een omvangrijk commercieel applicatielandschap. Intern wordt stevig geïnvesteerd in digitalisering. Processen, applicaties, databases en koppelingen raken steeds meer met elkaar verweven. Daardoor is er behoefte aan iemand die het overzicht bewaart en voorkomt dat een wijziging in het ene systeem onverwacht problemen veroorzaakt in een ander deel van de organisatie. Je werkt in een klein team met een informele sfeer, de lijnen zijn kort en de inhoudelijke vraagstukken kunnen complex worden. Veel uitdaging dus! De functie: Als Business Analist onderzoek je wat vragen en wijzigingen vanuit de organisatie betekenen voor de volledige keten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Wensen en knelpunten ophalen bij verschillende afdelingen - Doorvragen om de werkelijke behoefte achter een verzoek te achterhalen - Businessvragen vertalen naar functionele en technische requirements - Impactanalyses uitvoeren op processen, applicaties en data - Onderzoeken welke systemen en API koppelingen worden geraakt - Risico's en afhankelijkheden vooraf zichtbaar maken - Verbetervoorstellen bespreken met de business en IT - Ondersteunen bij operationele analyses Je werkt intern voor dezelfde organisatie.
