Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als business analist breng jij duidelijkheid in de vraagstukken van jouw opdrachtgever en ben jij de onmisbare schakel in ieder project. Wat ga jij doen Bij ons word je als business analist ingezet op verschillende opdrachten, die passen bij jouw kennis, ervaring en ambities. De meeste opdrachten variëren van een half jaar tot 12 maanden. We hebben een breed netwerk en dat betekent dat je in diverse branches aan de slag gaat. Al kunnen we natuurlijk nu nog niet zeggen op welke opdracht jij terecht komt, schetsen we wel graag een beeld van wat jij kunt verwachten in de functie als business analist: - Je bent onderdeel van een (scrum)team, waarbij jij verantwoordelijk bent voor het contact met o.a. de stakeholders. Je gaat het gesprek aan om het verhaal achter de vraag te achterhalen, je onderzoekt de vraag en zorgt uiteindelijk voor een passende aanbeveling. Veelal hebben de vragen van de business te maken met het optimaliseren van diverse processen binnen de organisatie; - Je haalt wensen op bij de business, vertaalt deze naar de techniek en zorgt voor een juiste prioritering; - De data zet je om in begrijpbare informatie, visualiseer je en presenteer je aan het management; - Al met al dus scheppen van orde in de chaos! Dit biedt jou natuurlijk een onderzoekende, uitdagende en variërende uitdaging. Het doel is in ieder geval duidelijk: Samen met je collega's ga jij aan de slag om de opdracht succesvol te laten verlopen en écht waarde en kwaliteit toe te voegen aan het project.
