Business Analist Digipoort Logius (Ministerie van BZK) Functie omschrijving Dit ga je doen Logius is op zoek naar een ervaren Business Analist Digipoort die wil bijdragen aan de toekomst van onze organisatie. In deze uitdagende functie speel je een cruciale rol bij het vormgeven van de Generieke Digitale Dienstverlening van de overheid, met een focus op automatisering en verservicing. Als Business Analist Digipoort bij Logius ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van complexe wensen naar veilige en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen. Je werkt aan de Digipoort, de ICT centrale voor het berichtenverkeer van en naar de overheid. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Het vertalen van de wensen van onze afnemers (dienstverleners met een publieke taak) en de huidige status (aantallen aansluitingen, bestaande processen rondom aansluitingen) naar veilige en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen. - Het vertalen van complexe business requirements naar haalbare ICT-oplossingen. - Het opstellen van kwalitatief goede functionele documentatie (in UML/Use Cases), waarin de gerealiseerde aanpassingen en uitbreidingen zijn verwerkt. - Het bespreken van de mogelijkheden en onmogelijkheden op inhoud met alle stakeholders. - Het verbinden van mensen met vernieuwende ideeën op het gebied van verservicing en deze samenbrengen. - Het bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van een innovatief self-service portaal voor het stroomlijnen en automatiseren van aansluitprocessen. Als Business Analist/Functioneel Ontwerper maak je deel uit van een team binnen Agile Release Train BV (Berichtenverkeer) volgens de SAFe-methodiek. Je werkt nauw samen met de Product Owner, User Experience-experts, architecten en IB-specialisten.
