Als Business Analist binnen Finance & Compliance ben je veel meer dan een cijferspecialist. Je bent een analytische sparringpartner die financiële data vertaalt naar heldere inzichten en strategische beslissingen. Je ondersteunt vennoten, Corporate Finance Advisors en klanten met diepgaande analyses die de basis vormen voor advies op hoog niveau.

Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt vooruit en neemt verantwoordelijkheid in het uitwerken van complexe financiële dossiers. Jij brengt structuur in data, scherpte in analyses en helderheid in rapportering.

Wie zijn wij?

Cobofisk is ontstaan als digitaal accountantskantoor met een sterke focus op efficiëntie, technologie en vooruitstrevende financiële dienstverlening. Vandaag evolueren we naar een model dat veel verder gaat dan klassieke accountancy: van Digital Accountant naar Winstadviseur tot CFO+ Partner.

Wij zitten structureel mee aan tafel bij ondernemers. Niet alleen om te rapporteren, maar om richting te geven. Samen met onze zusteronderneming Squidco, specialist in Odoo-implementaties, brengen we financiële data en operationele data samen. Net op dat snijvlak creëren we strategische impact: inzichten die echt beslissingen sturen.

We bouwen dus niet aan een traditioneel kantoor, maar aan een nieuw adviesmodel voor KMO’s die willen groeien, versnellen en structureren.

Vereisten

  • Master in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterke basis in accountancy, financiële rapportering en analyse
  • Uitgesproken analytisch denkvermogen en gevoel voor detail
  • Sterk in Excel en dataverwerking; kennis van ERP/boekhoudsoftware is een plus
  • Strategisch denkvermogen: je vertrekt vanuit businessvragen, niet enkel cijfers
  • Proactieve mindset: je denkt mee, signaleert en verbetert
  • Leergierig en gedreven om te groeien binnen finance & advisory

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van diepgaande financiële analyses (marges, EBITDA, evoluties)
  • Voorbereiden van financiële plannen en scenario-analyses
  • Ondersteunen bij bedrijfswaarderingen
  • Uitvoeren van due diligence-analyses bij overnames en fusies
  • Voorbereiden van rapporten en presentaties voor vennoten en advisors
  • Vertalen van data naar bruikbare inzichten voor klanten
  • Actief ondersteunen van Corporate Finance en advisory trajecten
  • Begeleiden van klanten in hun transitie naar meer datagedreven ondernemen
