Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Business Analist (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Antwerpen.

  • Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract

Voor het Customer Partnerships en internal automated tools (IAT) team zoeken we een analist met hands-on skills en sterke IT-affiniteit. De rol is breder dan klassieke analyse alleen. Door de werking van het team wordt verwacht dat je naast analyse ook mee de operationele werking van de toepassingen ondersteunt. Je werkt op systemen die door externe partners worden beheerd en op inter-ne tools die door verschillende afdelingen gebruikt worden, zoals Power Platform-oplossingen. Je analyseert noden met IT-impact, vertaalt die naar concrete aanpassingen, volgt incidenten en productie-problemen mee op en stemt af met interne stakeholders, externe IT-partners en leveranciers.

Deze rol combineert analyse met operationele ondersteuning. De contractor moet comfortabel kunnen schakelen tussen requirementanalyse, testing, incidentopvolging, productieondersteuning, leveranciersco-ordinatie en beperkt functioneel of technisch applicatiebeheer.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het analyseren en documenteren van business, functionele en technische requirements
  • Het vertalen van functionele behoeften naar duidelijke specificaties voor interne en externe IT-partners
  • Het onderzoeken, opvolgen en helpen oplossen van incidenten en productieproblemen
  • Het uitvoeren, voorbereiden en coördineren van testen en kwaliteitscontroles
  • Het mee opvolgen van changes, releases en operationele vragen rond de toepassingen
  • Het afstemmen met externe IT-partners en leveranciers over analyses, incidenten, changes en oplossingen
  • Het opnemen van beperkte functionele en technische beheeractiviteiten waar nodig
  • Het mee bewaken van datakwaliteit en informatiebeveiliging

Profiel

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als IT Analist, Business Analist of in een brede functioneel-operationele rol binnen een IT-context
  • AZ900 certificatie of kennis van azure cloud set-up is pluspunt
  • Bereidheid om breder te werken dan analyse alleen, inclusief testing, incidentopvolging, changes en beperkte beheeractiviteiten
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Je bent hands-on, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en kan operationele vragen zelfstandig onderzoeken en opvolgen
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • Teamspeler met oog voor detail en kwaliteit
