De teams Market & Data Analytics en ICT bestaan samen uit 12 collega's (applicatiebeheerders, data engineers, een data scientist en business/data-analisten) met zeer gevarieerde achtergronden. Samen werken we aan datagedreven inzichten, efficiënte werkprocessen en analyses voor zowel interne stakeholders als onze leden. Ter uitbreiding van het team zijn we op zoek naar een: Business Analist/ BI specialist (36-40 uur) De functie Als Business Analist breng je de processen binnen ons applicatielandschap in kaart en ga je in gesprek met collega's over gewenste verbeteringen. Deze inzichten vertaal je naar concrete roadmaps. Daarbij overzie jij het totale landschap en weet je welke impact wijzigingen hebben op de verschillende processen en applicaties. Je neemt collega's mee in deze veranderingen, zodat ze breed gedragen worden binnen de organisatie. Maar je signaleert niet alleen, je bouwt ook mee. Als BI-specialist pak je zelf de verbeteringen op die vragen om meer inzicht in data. Je ontwerpt robuuste datamodellen, bouwt dashboards in Power BI en voert analyses uit.
