Opdrachtbeschrijving Als business analist vorm je de brug tussen de business en IT. Jij vertaalt wensen en behoeften van gebruikers binnen de verschillende commands van CLRS naar heldere, uitvoerbare requirements voor IT‑teams. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met onder andere business stakeholders, requirements engineers, solution architects en software development teams. Je rol is in hoge mate zelfsturend, afwisselend en vraagt om analytisch vermogen, gestructureerd werken en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Wat je gaat doen Je eerste prioriteiten zijn: - Requirements beschrijven in samenwerking met business stakeholders - Initiatieven wegen en afstemmen met de requirements engineer en de solution architect - Requirements afstemmen met IT teams Daarnaast heb je de volgende taken: - Ophalen en analyseren van functionele wensen bij business stakeholders, voor alle commands van CLRS - Impact analyses uitvoeren in samenwerking met de solution architect - Doorvertalen van requirements naar werkpakketten voor de beoogde oplosgroep(en) - verdragen van werkpakketten naar uitvoerende IT teams Achtergrond opdracht Het Commando Lucht- en Ruimtestrijdkrachten (CLRS) werkt aan een robuuste en cyberveilige IT‑infrastructuur die Multi‑Domein Optreden en Informatiegestuurd Optreden ondersteunt. Het programma gaat een nieuwe fase in waarin meerdere projecten worden opgestart om het platform verder te ontwikkelen en de strategische ambities van CLRS te realiseren. Je werkt binnen de Staf van het Commando Lucht- en Ruimtestrijdkrachten, waar het beleid wordt bepaald en de organisatie wordt aangestuurd. Het programma valt onder de Directie Projecten & Innovatie (DP&I), die het innovatie- en verandervermogen van CLRS versterkt en bijdraagt aan de s.
