Business Analist Health & Wellbeing 32-40 uur Standplaats Eindhoven Renewi zet in op minder verzuim en meer regie op gezondheid en inzetbaarheid. Als Business Analist Health & Wellbeing maak jij de cijfers, dashboards en beleidsstukken die dat mogelijk maken. Je werkt voor de Manager Health & Wellbeing en bent de schakel tussen data, beleid en de praktijk op de werkvloer. Wat ga je doen? - Je bouwt en onderhoudt dashboards over verzuim, inzetbaarheid en de financiële kant daarvan. - Je vertaalt beleid naar concrete acties voor casemanagers en leidinggevenden. - Je maakt rapportages en presentaties voor het ELT en de directie. - Je ondersteunt verzekeringen, UWV-trajecten en schadelastbeheersing en leert dit vak in de praktijk. - Je bouwt mee aan de visie op preventie, in samenwerking met SHE. Wat breng jij mee? - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van Bedrijfskunde, Human Resource Management of een vergelijkbare studie. - 1 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen HR of een aanverwant vakgebied, zoals Health & Wellbeing, Compensation & Benefits of duurzame inzetbaarheid. - Sterk analytisch vermogen, handig met Excel en Power BI, interesse in AI. - Je leest beleid en weet er een concrete vervolgstap van te maken. - Je bouwt heldere presentaties en durft deze aan de directie te laten zien. - A...
