Voor een producent van buizen, koppelingen en toebehoren in Herentals, zoeken we een onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingsmanager.

Als Business Analist IT ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van de bedrijfsbehoeften naar technische oplossingen. Dit houdt in dat de business analist de processen, systemen en technologieën van een organisatie begrijpt en optimaliseert om de bedrijfsdoelen te bereiken.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Begrijpen van bedrijfsprocessen door gesprekken met stakeholders en verbeterpunten identificeren;
  • Opstellen van technische specificaties en user stories die aansluiten bij de behoeften. Je werkt hiervoor samen met het ontwikkelteam;
  • Creëren van overzichtelijke procesdocumentatie en visuele hulpmiddelen;
  • Coördineren van projecten van concept tot implementatie en testen van nieuwe systemen;
  • Prestatieanalyses uitvoeren en voorstellen doen voor procesverbetering en digitalisering;
  • Workshops organiseren, veranderingen toelichten en collega's trainen in nieuwe systemen;
  • Ondersteuning bij de implementatie van nieuwe systemen/technologieën en zorgen voor een soepele overgang.

Het bedrijf zoekt iemand met dit profiel:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Informatica, Bedrijfskunde, of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • Kennis ERP D365FO is een must;
  • Minimaal enkele jaren als business analist in een IT-omgeving. Kennis van Agile/Scrum is een plus;
  • Kennis van IT-infrastructuur en data-analyse;
  • Analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en oplossingsgericht;
  • Bekend met tools zoals Jira, Confluence en Visio;
  • Proactief, flexibel en in staat om zelfstandig te werken en samen te werken in een team;
  • Klantgericht en in staat om de behoeften van de organisatie en gebruikers te begrijpen.
