Ben jij een Business Analist met ervaring in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) Finance & Operations (F&O)? Zie je jezelf als een brug tussen business en IT, met oog voor processen én mensen? Lees dan verder, wie weet ben jij de persoon die we zoeken! Als Business Analist ERP speel je een sleutelrol in het begrijpen en vertalen van de noden van de business.

  • Je neemt het voortouw om de noden van de business te ontdekken en te definiëren.
  • Je adviseert welke verbeteringen de meeste waarde creëren door business context, high-level requirements en ROI te analyseren.
  • Je levert business cases aan ter ondersteuning van Business Partners en Project Managers bij het opstellen van roadmaps en het initiëren van projecten.
  • Samen met de Application Architect bepaal je high-level oplossingen die maximaal bijdragen aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
  • Je documenteert jouw analyses helder en accuraat, met behulp van gepaste business analysetechnieken.
  • Je bewaakt de prioriteiten en faciliteert de samenwerking met stakeholders en technische teams.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met business stakeholders, solution architects en partners.
  • Je ondersteunt business stakeholders bij besluitvorming en brengt inzichten aan voor maximale ROI.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en bewaking van initiële doelstellingen tijdens projectopleveringen.
  • Je kan noden prioritiseren over verschillende stakeholders en domeinen.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een hoger diploma (bij voorkeur Master) en minstens 5 jaar ervaring als business analist.
  • Je vormt graag de brug tussen business en IT.
  • Met sterke analytische vaardigheden werk je gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Je bent een teamplayer maar zelfstandig werken gaat je ook goed af.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit waarmee je complexe vraagstukken aanpakt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met tools en systemen zoals D365 (office tools), Confluence, Dynamics F&O en Jira.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Agile-methodologieën, ITIL-processen en BPMN-diagrammen.
  • Ervaring en kennis binnen procurement zijn een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je werkt minstens 1 keer per week vanuit ons kantoor te Hasselt (Corda) in combinatie met thuiswerk.
