In het kort: Je gaat als business analist in de sociale sector doelen en informatiebehoeften ophalen, vertalen naar beleid en informatieproducten, sessies met stakeholders begeleiden en met data- en BI-specialisten datagedreven sturen versterken. De afdeling De afdeling Stuurinformatie bestaat uit ongeveer 15 collega’s die de Sociaal-Maatschappelijke Sectoren helpen om efficiënter en effectiever datagedreven te werken met heldere, actuele stuur‑ en managementinformatie. Wat doe jij als Business Analist voor Eindhoven? Als Business Analist werk je aan het versterken van datagedreven sturen en werken binnen de Sociale sectoren. Jij bent de schakel tussen de praktijk en data: je helpt collega’s om hun doelen en informatiebehoeften helder te krijgen en vertaalt deze naar beleidstheorie en bijhorende informatieproducten die écht waarde toevoegen. Je bent daarin niet alleen uitvoerend, maar juist ook adviserend en kritisch: je denkt mee, stelt scherpe vragen en helpt stakeholders om betere keuzes te maken op basis van data. Je belangrijkste resultaten zijn: - Helpen van stakeholders (van management en beleid tot uitvoering) om sociaal-maatschappelijke doelen scherp te formuleren en te vertalen naar indicatoren en informatieproducten. - Opzetten en begeleiden van sessies met stakeholders om programmadoelen en behoeften op te halen en te ondersteunen in besluitvorming (ook met creatieve werkvormen). - Kritisch meedenken over welke inzichten écht waarde toevoegen. - Intensief samenwerken met BI-specialisten en data engineers voor de realisatie van informatieproducten. Met wie maak jij dit tot een succes? Je werkt direct samen met onze vaste Business Analisten van de afdeling en van andere teams binnen de gemeentelijke organisatie.
