Voor de Gemeente Eindhoven is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Business Analist -/onderzoeker voor 32 tot 36 uur per week.

Functie

Business Analist / Onderzoeker voor de Sociale sectoren binnen Gemeente Eindhoven. Je versterkt datagedreven sturen en werken door als schakel tussen praktijk en data doelen en informatiebehoeften te concretiseren en te vertalen naar beleidslogica en informatieproducten die daadwerkelijk waarde toevoegen. Je fungeert zowel uitvoerend als adviserend: je stelt scherpe vragen, denkt kritisch mee en ondersteunt stakeholders bij datagedreven besluitvorming. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Ondersteunen van stakeholders (management, beleid en uitvoering) bij het scherp formuleren van sociaal-maatschappelijke doelen en het vertalen daarvan naar indicatoren en informatieproducten. • Opzetten en begeleiden van sessies met stakeholders om programmadoelen en informatiebehoeften op te halen; ondersteunen in besluitvorming, ook met creatieve werkvormen. • Kritisch meedenken over welke inzichten echt waarde toevoegen voor beleid en uitvoering. • Samenwerken met BI-specialisten en data engineers voor de realisatie van informatieproducten.

Wie je ondersteunt en met wie je samenwerkt

• Collega Business Analisten binnen en buiten je team. • BI-specialisten en data engineers. • Een brede groep stakeholders uit de Sociale sectoren.

Vereisten

• Opleiding: hbo- of wo-diploma in data, sociale wetenschappen, bedrijfskunde, economie of vergelijkbaar. • Kennis: ervaring met verschillende kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve onderzoeksmethoden. • Ervaring: minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met het ophalen van informatiebehoeften, stakeholdermanagement en het vertalen van data naar inzichten en adviezen. • Competenties: analytisch, positief-kritisch, sterk in doorvragen (de vraag achter de vraag boven tafel krijgen), en goed in samenwerken en afstemming met collega's binnen en buiten het team.
