Een van de diensten die Translink levert, zijn de Access Service; diensten die zorgen dat reizigers en OV-bedrijven toegang en aansluiting hebben op het OV-betaalsysteem. Daarbij zijn steeds nieuwe technologieën beschikbaar, maar doen zich ook technische uitdagingen voor. Als Business Analist binnen het team Access Services speel je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling van innovatieve mobiliteitsdiensten. Je verbindt de wensen van klanten met de technische mogelijkheden en werkt samen met leveranciers en ontwikkelteams aan oplossingen zoals mobiele inspectie voor conducteurs, e-ticketing en geïntegreerde kortingsoplossingen, waaronder Park & Ride (P+R). In deze rol vertaal je klantbehoeften naar slimme oplossingen en nieuwe functionaliteiten. Je analyseert processen, stelt requirements op en werkt samen met vervoerders, leveranciers en technische teams om innovatieve mobiliteitsdiensten te ontwikkelen die optimaal aansluiten op de behoeften van klanten en reizigers.
