Missions

Dans ce rôle, vous prenez le lead sur l'optimisation de l'écosystème digital. Votre quotidien s'articule autour de l'amélioration continue des processus métiers et du système ERP.

  • Vous analysez et documentez précisément les besoins des départements opérationnels afin de traduire leurs défis en solutions techniques fluides.
  • Vous configurez et améliorez le Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central pour garantir un outil parfaitement adapté aux réalités du terrain.
  • En réalisant des analyses d'écarts approfondies, vous identifiez les opportunités d'automatisation permettant d'alléger la charge de travail des équipes.
  • Vous animez des ateliers et des sessions de test (UAT) pour guider les utilisateurs vers une adoption naturelle et sereine des nouveaux outils.
  • Vous concevez des tableaux de bord clairs via Power BI afin d'offrir une visibilité précise et fiable sur les données de l'entreprise.

Profil

Pour exceller en tant que Business Analyst, vous combinez un esprit rigoureux avec d'excellentes capacités relationnelles.

  • Vous disposez d'un diplôme supérieur en gestion, informatique ou équivalent, combiné à une première expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire ou en consultance fonctionnelle.
  • Une expérience concrète avec un système ERP, idéalement complétée par des connaissances en LS Retail, constitue un atout majeur pour appréhender l'architecture existante.
  • Vos collègues vous décrivent comme un communicateur né, capable de vulgariser la technique et de naviguer avec aisance entre le français et l'anglais.
  • Une bonne maîtrise des flux d'exploitation (achats, stocks, supply chain) vous permet de comprendre immédiatement les enjeux métiers de l'organisation.
