The posting

Voor een groeiende, internationale organisatie actief in een technische sector zoeken we een Business Analyst. In deze rol werk je als rechterhand van de Business Controller en krijg je de ruimte om initiatief te nemen en processen te verbeteren. Je werkplaats bevindt zich in de regio Willebroek.

Jouw functie als Business Analyst:

  • Opzetten en onderhouden van financiële en operationele rapporteringen (o.a. in Power BI en Excel)
  • Optimaliseren van datastructuren en rapportageprocessen
  • Analyseren en vertalen van bedrijfsdata naar bruikbare inzichten voor verschillende afdelingen
  • Opstellen van maandelijkse managementrapporteringen (o.a. omzet en KPI's)
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van kernindicatoren zoals marges, voorraden en openstaande vorderingen
  • Uitvoeren van P&L-analyses
  • Ondersteunen bij budgettering en forecasting
  • Meewerken aan projecten over verschillende afdelingen heen (IT, sales, operations, …)
  • Actief bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van systemen en processen
  • Samenwerken met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hoc analyses en opdrachten

Jouw profiel als Business Analyst:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische richting
  • Je hebt al minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in financiële data, inclusief P&L en balans
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP- en rapporteringstools (bij voorkeur Power BI en de opmaak van dashboards)
  • Je bent sterk in Excel (bv. Power Query) en werkt vlot met MS Office
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus)
  • Je bent analytisch, zelfstandig en weet prioriteiten te stellen
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en denkt proactief mee
  • Je kan vlot schakelen tussen financiële, commerciële en operationele contexten
  • Je hebt interesse in het verbeteren van processen en systemen
