Voor een groeiende organisatie in de regio Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een Business Analyst. In deze functie combineer je analytisch inzicht met een sterke interesse in processen en systemen. De organisatie is actief binnen de voedingsindustrie en maakt deel uit van een bredere groep met verschillende activiteiten. Vanuit de centrale werking worden verschillende teams ondersteund bij het verbeteren van rapporteringen en datastromen. Door de verdere groei en digitalisering van de activiteiten neemt de nood aan betrouwbare data en efficiënte processen steeds verder toe.

Als Business Analyst duik je in data, rapporteringen en bedrijfsprocedures om te ontdekken waar het beter, eenvoudiger of slimmer kan. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen en vertaalt complexe informatie naar duidelijke inzichten en werkbare oplossingen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je analyseert en optimaliseert bedrijfsprocessen, brengt verbeterpunten in kaart en begeleidt de organisatie bij het implementeren van efficiëntere werkwijzen
  • Met jouw analyses en inzichten lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de realisatie van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en stimuleer je een meer datagedreven aanpak binnen de organisatie
  • Je verzamelt, structureert en analyseert gegevens uit verschillende ERP-systemen en databronnen en vertaalt deze naar betrouwbare en bruikbare rapporteringen
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen aan uiteenlopende projecten en draagt bij aan het verder uniformeren en automatiseren van processen en rapportages
  • Met behulp van Excel en Power BI ontwikkel, onderhoud en verbeter je dashboards en analyses die collega's ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bij het nemen van onderbouwde beslissingen
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een economische richting
  • Daarnaast heb je minstens 4 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige analytische functie
  • Je hebt een sterke analytische ingesteldheid en bent vertrouwd met Excel; ervaring met Power BI en ERP-systemen is een sterke plus
