Unica groeit snel en bouwt aan een modern digitaal fun_ament. Binnen het transformatieprogramma Nova stappen we over op Microsoft Dynamics 365 als centraal ERP‑ en CRM‑platform. Als Business Analyst Dynamics 365 CE verbeter je onze commerciële, service‑ en projectprocessen en versterk je de klantbeleving. Jouw uitdaging als Business Analyst Unica is een toonaangevende technische dienstverlener met een complexe project‑ en servicegedreven organisatie. Door groei en overnames is het IT‑landschap versnipperd geraakt. Met programma Nova vernieuwen we onze processen en systemen op basis van: Dynamics 365 CE voor Sales, Projecten en Services Dynamics 365 F&O voor financiële en supply chain processen Als Business Analyst Dynamics 365 CE werk je aan het optimaliseren van Sales (Lead‑to‑Order), Field Service en Project Operations. Je vertaalt businessbehoeften naar concrete oplossingen die de klantreis verbeteren en de operatie ondersteunen. Je werkt nauw samen met Product Owners, key users en partners zoals Microsoft en Fellowmind. Wat je doet Analyseren en verbeteren van commerciële, projecten en serviceprocessen Signaleren van knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden in CE Uitwerken van requirements, user stories en acceptatiecriteria Uitvoeren van vooronderzoeken, impactanalyses en informatieanalyses Ontwerpen van oplossingen met meerdere stakeholders Testen en begeleiden van acceptatietesten Documenteren van processen, besluiten en werkinstructies Jouw impact Heldere, gedragen requirements Efficiëntere processen binnen Dynamics 365 CE Oplossingen die aansluiten op businessdoelen én technische kaders Verbeterde klant- en gebruikerservaring Wat biedt Unica jou?
