Je brengt verbanden en knelpunten in kaart en vertaalt deze naar verbetervoorstellen. Bedrijfsomschrijving Deze organisatie is actief in de non-profit sector. Samen met hun partners en leveranciers werken zij samen naar een duurzaam Nederland. Zij zijn op zoek naar een Business Analyst voor 32 tot 40 uur met ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Omschrijving - Analyseren van bedrijfs- en financiële data - Opstellen en verbeteren van managementrapportages en dashboards - Analyseren van omzet-, kosten-, betalings- en budgetgegevens - Signaleren van afwijkingen en trends en onderzoeken van de onderliggende oorzaken - Ondersteunen bij financiële analyses, forecasting en budgetbewaking - In kaart brengen en optimaliseren van financiële en administratieve processen - Vertalen van businessvraagstukken naar requirements en praktische oplossingen - Controleren van de kwaliteit en volledigheid van data en rapportages - Verbeteren van de aansluiting tussen financiële systemen, operationele processen en managementinformatie - Afstemmen met Finance, IT en andere interne stakeholders - Ondersteunen bij de implementatie van proces- en systeemverbeteringen Profiel van kandidaat - Heb je minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, Process Analyst of in een vergelijkbare functie - Beschik je over hbo/wo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Finance, Bedrijfskunde, Economie, Data Analytics of een vergelijkbare richting - Heb je aantoonbare affiniteit met financiële processen en data - Kun je financiële en operationele data analyseren en vertalen naar concrete inzichten - Heb je ervaring met rapportages en bij voorkeur Power BI of vergelijkbare BI-tools - Heb je ervaring met ERP- en/of financiële systemen Aanbod - Een interess...
