Jouw taken:

Analyseren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen binnen finance, operations, logistiek en administratie.

Workshops en interviews organiseren met key users en proceseigenaars om noden en verbeterpunten in kaart te brengen.

Business requirements vertalen naar functionele specificaties voor D365 F&O en interne applicaties.

Change requests, ontwikkelingen en integraties coördineren en opvolgen.

Testscenario's opstellen en uitvoeren in samenwerking met eindgebruikers.

Processen, datastromen en functionaliteiten duidelijk documenteren.

Toezien op de kwaliteit van data en actief bijdragen aan digitaliserings- en automatiseringsprojecten.

Optreden als aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond de ERP-omgeving en interne systemen.

Je beschikt over minimaal drie jaar ervaring als Business Analyst, Functional Analyst of in een gelijkaardige functie.

Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde.

Een sterke affiniteit met administratieve processen en softwareontwikkeling helpt je om snel verbanden te leggen tussen business en IT.

Analytisch denken en probleemoplossend vermogen stellen je in staat om complexe vraagstukken om te zetten in efficiënte oplossingen.

Het documenteren van processen en het vertalen van behoeften naar duidelijke functionele requirements behoren tot jouw sterktes.

Je bent vertrouwd met projectmethodologieën zoals Agile, Scrum of hybride werkmethodes.

Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden weet je zowel business stakeholders als technische teams te overtuigen en te begeleiden.

Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig en behoudt steeds het overzicht over verschillende projecten.

Een natuurlijke nieuwsgierigheid naar systemen, data en procesoptimalisatie motiveert je om voortdurend verbeteringen voor te stellen.

Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans, waardoor je efficiënt kan samenwerken met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
