Notre client est une société de conseil reconnue pour son expertise dans les secteurs de la finance, de la banque et de l'assurance. Dans le cadre de sa croissance, il recherche un Consultant Business Analyst pour rejoindre ses équipes en CDI.

En tant que consultant, vous interviendrez chez différents clients sur des projets de transformation, d'optimisation des processus, de digitalisation et de changement organisationnel. Vous bénéficierez d'un accompagnement de proximité et d'un environnement favorisant le développement de vos compétences et de votre carrière.

Analyse métier

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs et des parties prenantes.
  • Cartographier et documenter les processus métiers.
  • Traduire les besoins business en exigences fonctionnelles claires.
  • Rédiger les user stories, analyses fonctionnelles et documentations projet.
  • Participer à l'identification et à la mise en œuvre d'améliorations de processus.

Gestion de projet & transformation

  • Contribuer à des projets de transformation digitale et d'amélioration continue.
  • Participer aux ateliers de travail avec les équipes métier et IT.
  • Suivre l'avancement des initiatives et remonter les risques ou points d'attention.
  • Accompagner les phases de tests, de validation et de mise en production.

Conseil & Relation Client

  • Intervenir directement chez les clients et comprendre leurs enjeux métiers.
  • Construire des relations de confiance avec les différentes parties prenantes.
  • Apporter une approche structurée et orientée solutions aux problématiques rencontrées.
  • Représenter le cabinet avec professionnalisme et développer progressivement votre posture de consultant.

Profil

  • Master en Finance, Économie, Gestion, Ingénierie de Gestion, Business Administration ou équivalent.
  • Entre 2 et 6 ans d'expérience en Business Analysis, Consulting, Project Management Office ou fonctions similaires.
  • Une expérience ou une formation académique dans le secteur financier est indispensable.
  • Une exposition au secteur bancaire constitue un atout majeur.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les services financiers et les environnements complexes.
  • Bonne communication et aisance relationnelle.
  • Approche structurée, rigoureuse et orientée résultats.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement projet et à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Français courant.
  • Anglais professionnel obligatoire.
  • Le néerlandais constitue un fort atout.
