Ben jij de Business Analist die de vertaalslag kan maken tussen de klantbehoeften en de functionele vereisten? Je bent cruciaal in het in kaart brengen van bedrijfsprocessen, het verzamelen van scherpe requirements en het verzekeren dat de geleverde oplossing de hoogste bedrijfswaarde biedt. Je werkt autonoom, maar altijd als deel van een hecht, cross-functioneel team.

Jouw bijdrage

Wij zoeken iemand die een proactieve rol wil spelen:

  • Identificeren, documenteren en prioriteren van business requirements door middel van interviews, workshops en procesanalyses.
  • Creëren van duidelijke en beknopte functionele specificaties, user stories en acceptatiecriteria.
  • Modelleren van huidige ('as-is') en toekomstige ('to-be') bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met Product Owners, Development Teams en stakeholders om een gemeenschappelijk begrip van de oplossing te garanderen.
  • Beheren van de scope en functionele afstemming gedurende de gehele levenscyclus van het project.
  • Actief kennis delen tijdens lunch & learns en collegiale feedback geven via peer reviews of document reviews.
  • Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van de analyse-methodologieën en -tools binnen Lemon.
  • Deelnemen aan testfases om te valideren dat de oplossing voldoet aan de vastgestelde functionele vereisten.

Essentiële Vaardigheden

  • Bewezen vermogen om requirements te verzamelen, te analyseren en te documenteren in een Agile/Scrum omgeving.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden met het vermogen om de onderliggende oorzaken van business problemen te identificeren.
  • Ervaring met procesmodellering (bv. BPMN) en het opstellen van User Stories.
  • Uitmuntende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels, met het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders.
  • Op een constructieve manier kunnen samenwerken en onderhandelen.
  • Gedrevenheid om voortdurend te leren en je professionele en analytische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Aanbevolen opleiding & ervaring

  • Een academische achtergrond (Bachelor/Master) in Bedrijfskunde, Informatica, Economie, of een gerelateerd studiegebied.
  • Doorgaans 2-4 jaar ervaring als Business of Functioneel Analist, liefst in een consultancy- of project gebaseerde omgeving.
  • Kennis van en ervaring met relevante tools voor requirement management en prototyping.
