In een internationale en toekomstgerichte organisatie krijg je als Business Analyst een sleutelrol in het vernieuwen en optimaliseren van het ERP‑landschap. De functie combineert analyse, functioneel ontwerp, procesoptimalisatie en change management, waardoor jouw expertise als Business Analyst een directe impact heeft op de digitale transformatie van de organisatie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseren van businessbehoeften en vertalen naar duidelijke functionele specificaties en oplossingsvoorstellen.
  • Meebouwen aan strategische projecten rond de vernieuwing van het applicatielandschap, inclusief Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Bijdragen aan design, configuratie, testing (functioneel en UAT) en documentatie van de nieuwe ERP‑omgeving.
  • Ondersteunen van key users en eindgebruikers via training, adoptie en first‑line support.
  • Coördineren van change management van aanvraag tot roll‑out, inclusief kwaliteitsbewaking en impactanalyse.
  • Aansturen van externe partners voor build‑werk, integraties en interfaces, en continu verbeterkansen detecteren.

Als Business Analyst werk je in‑house binnen het IT‑team en bouw je mee aan één applicatielandschap dat je volledig leert kennen.

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als business of functional analyst, met hands‑on ervaring in Dynamics 365 F&O of AX.
  • Sterke kennis van financiële processen en modules zoals general ledger, AP/AR en fixed assets.
  • Ervaring met requirements engineering, fit‑gap‑analyse, functioneel ontwerp en testing/UAT.
  • Analytisch, gestructureerd en sterk in stakeholdermanagement.
  • Pluspunten: ervaring met D365‑implementaties, relevante Microsoft‑certificaties, productieomgevingen, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure DevOps, LCS, SQL, data‑migratie, integraties en Agile/Scrum.
