Für unseren Kunden, einen etablierten und zugleich dynamischen E-Commerce-Player, suchen wir Verstär-kung für den weiteren Ausbau des Credit-Management-Bereichs für den Standort in Salzburg. Hier treffen Zahlen, Business, Digitalisierung und innovative Finanzierungslösungen aufeinander.

In der neu geschaffenen Stabsstellenfunktion gestalten Sie gemeinsam mit einem erfahrenen Team Prozesse und Projekte aktiv mit und bringen Ihre analytische Stärke dort ein, wo aus Daten konkrete Lösungen werden. 1 Business Analyst Finance & Credit Project Coordination (m/f/d) - Stabsstellenfunktion Ihre Aufgaben:

* Unterstützung der Leitung Credit Management bei Projekten und strategischen Themen

* Weiterentwicklung von Kreditprodukten, Prozessen und digitalen Lösungen

* Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen

* Koordination fachlicher Anforderungen mit IT, Vertrieb, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern

* Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie eigenständige Verantwortung für kleinere Pro-jekte

* Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäfts- und Kundenprozessen

* Beobachtung regulatorischer Anforderungen und Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise auf akademischem Niveau

* Erste Berufserfahrung in Controlling, Business Analysis, Finance, Prozessmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich

* Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denkvermögen und ein gutes Verständnis für komplexe Prozesse

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel sowie SQL-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Interesse an Kreditgeschäft, an Digitalisierung und modernen Finanzlösungen

* Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
