Een groeiende Belgische adviesgroep in finance is op zoek naar en Business Analyst om hun AI projecten te ondersteunen.

Deze groeiende Belgische adviesgroep ondersteunt ondernemers en organisaties met persoonlijk financieel en ondernemingsadvies.

Deze adviesgroep staat dicht bij hun klanten (B2B en B2C) en worden ondersteund door de expertise, schaal en specialistische kennis van de groep.

De organisatie wil professioneel succes en financiële zekerheid dichter bij klanten brengen. Vanuit die visie investeert ze sterk in digitalisering, efficiënte processen en innovatieve oplossingen (zoals softwarepakketten en AI). Samenwerking, nabijheid, persoonlijke service en voortdurende verbetering vormen de belangrijkste waarden. Zo krijgen medewerkers en klanten toegang tot moderne digitale tools en advies dat aansluit bij hun concrete behoeften.

Business Analyst | Wat de functie inhoudt

  • Je ondersteunt de kantoren bij de verdere digitalisering van de klant- en medewerkersreis.
  • Je beheert het volledige proces: van analyse en procesontwerp tot implementatie, dagelijkse werking en continue optimalisatie.
  • Je analyseert bestaande workflows, bepaalt de gewenste situatie en selecteert de juiste digitale tools.
  • Je werkt samen met IT-partners en het transitieteam aan change- en implementatietrajecten.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers, key users en ook eindklanten bij het gebruik van nieuwe tools.
  • Je adviseert management en kantoren over digitaliseringskeuzes, volgt marktontwikkelingen zoals AI en machine learning op en deelt best practices via interne communities.
  • Je werkt in team om interne AI oplossingen te creeren

Business Analyst | Jouw profiel

  • Enkele jaren ervaring in businessanalyse (minimum 2), procesoptimalisatie of een vergelijkbare functie; ervaring binnen finance of accountancy is een plus.
  • Affiniteit met digitale tools en interesse in AI, automatisering en financiële processen.
  • Analytisch, pragmatisch, hands-on en sterk in het helder uitleggen van complexe materie.
  • Communicatief en samenwerkingsgericht; bereid om key users en kantoren op locatie te ondersteunen.
  • Bereidheid om regelmatig naar verschillende kantoren te reizen.
