Job ID 83162 Als Business Analyst - Konstruktion treibst Du die Digitalisierung im Engineering voran. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen Produktentwicklung, Konstruktion und Qualitätswesen und unserer IT und überführst fachliche Anforderungen in tragfähige IT-Lösungen.

Das erwartet Dich

* Erhebung, Analyse und Dokumentation von Anforderungen aus den Bereichen Produktentwicklung, Konstruktion/R&D und Qualitätswesen

* Analyse und Optimierung von Engineering- und Konstruktionsprozessen unter Einsatz moderner IT-Systeme (CAD, PLM, Variantenmanagement, CAE)

* Beratung der Bereichsleitungen und Geschäftsführung bei der Auswahl und Einführung von IT-Systemen

* Erstellung von Fach-, Lösungs- und Integrationskonzepten für die bestehende Systemlandschaft

* Moderation von Anforderungs-Workshops und fachlichen Abstimmungen mit den Stakeholdern

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur- und Entwicklungsteams sowie Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister

* Begleitung der Einführung neuer IT-Systeme inkl. Test, Abnahme und Anwenderschulung

* Mitarbeit an strategischen IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten im Engineering-Umfeld

Das bringst Du mit

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position wünschenswert, idealerweise im Konstruktions- oder Engineering-Umfeld

* Kenntnisse in CAD-/PLM-Tools (z. B. PTC Creo, Windchill, E3) von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im Bereich Requirements- und Quality-Management (RQM) von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in Geschäftsprozessanalyse und Anforderungsmanagement (z. B. BPMN, IREB) von Vorteil

* Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen

* Teamfähigkeit und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz

* Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Reisebereitschaft
