The posting

  • Vertalen van de noden van chauffeurs, werfleiders en magazijnteams naar gebruiksvriendelijke, op maat gemaakte applicaties via PowerApps.
  • Procesautomatisering: Bouwen en optimaliseren van gestroomlijnde workflows tussen het centrale ERP/CRM-landschap en operationele toepassingen met behulp van Power Automate.
  • AI-experimenten & Innovatie: Onderzoeken hoe slimme AI-integraties (zoals Claude, LLM's of Copilot) ingezet kunnen worden voor automatische documentverwerking, slimme data-analyse en tijdbesparende assistentie voor de business.
  • Brugfunctie & Change: Nauw samenwerken met de operationele sleutelfiguren om processen te doorgronden, vereisten op te stellen en nieuwe toepassingen vlot te doen landen op de werkvloer.
  • Ervaring als Business Analyst, Functional Analyst of Digital Process Specialist met een sterk analytisch inzicht
  • Concrete, hands-on kennis van het Microsoft Power Platform (met name PowerApps en/of Power Automate).
  • Affiniteit met of een gezonde nieuwsgierigheid naar Generatieve AI (zoals ervaring met Claude, ChatGPT of Copilot) om processen nog slimmer te maken.
  • Een pragmatische instelling: het vermogen om complexe operationele uitdagingen snel te begrijpen en om te zetten in werkbare oplossingen.
  • Vlot communicatief in het Nederlands, met de flair om zowel met de IT-afdeling als met de mensen op de werkvloer te schakelen
