In jouw functie als Business Analyst M365 neem jij het voortouw bij het stroomlijnen van de bedrijfsprocessen naar krachtige IT-oplossingen. Jouw dag draait om de brug slaan tussen wat de business nodig heeft en wat technologie kan bieden.

  • Analyseren van de bestaande processen en deze feilloos omzetten naar glasheldere functional requirements en user stories, zodat het development team precies weet wat er gebouwd moet worden.
  • Faciliteren van workshops met verschillende teams om de exacte behoeften scherp te stellen en iedereen moeiteloos op dezelfde golflengte te krijgen.
  • Begeleiden van de vlotte uitrol van nieuwe oplossingen op de Microsoft 365 en Power Platform omgeving, waardoor de interne digitale werkplek een flinke upgrade krijgt.
  • Ondersteunen van projectleiders en testers tijdens de volledige levenscyclus van IT-trajecten, terwijl je tevens instaat voor waterdichte documentatie.
  • Beheren van diverse applicaties als application owner, waarbij je proactief nagaat hoe nieuwe features de organisatie nog efficiënter kunnen maken.

Profiel

Om als Business Analyst M365 succesvol te landen in dit team, primeert jouw analytische denkwijze en nuchtere aanpak.

  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige IT-rol, waarbij je de afgelopen jaren al vlotjes de weg hebt leren kennen binnen de Microsoft omgeving.
  • Een gedegen achtergrond met SharePoint en het Power Platform, waarbij hands-on ervaring met het zelf creëren van tools een mooi pluspunt vormt.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een vlotte communicator die technische materie op een eenvoudige manier kan vertalen voor uiteenlopende stakeholders.
  • Je beschikt over een flinke dosis leergierigheid, communiceert vlekkeloos in het Nederlands en deinst er niet voor terug om zelf actie te ondernemen.
