Hubo is de grootste speler op de Belgische DIY markt. Met meer dan 160 winkels verspreid over heel het land en 2600 enthousiaste medewerkers, is Hubo een begrip geworden in de doe-het-zelf sector. Naast de reguliere verkoop via onze winkels, verkopen we ook via e-commerce. In het Support Center te Wommelgem werken 250 medewerkers met veel plezier en passie aan de toekomst van Hubo.

Met jouw kennis van Microsoft 365, SharePoint en het Power Platform help je onze digitale werkplek verder te verbeteren. Je vormt de brug tussen business en IT, brengt processen duidelijk in kaart en zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen aansluiten bij de noden van onze organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je analyseert businessprocessen en behoeften en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke functional requirements en user stories.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met diverse teams om hun noden te begrijpen en te vertalen naar concrete digitale oplossingen.
  • Je begeleidt workshops en refinement sessies om requirements scherp te krijgen.
  • Je werkt mee aan de uitrol van oplossingen op basis van Microsoft 365, SharePoint en het Power Platform.
  • Je zorgt voor heldere documentatie en acceptatiecriteria en deelt kennis binnen de organisatie.
  • Je ondersteunt testers, projectleiders en developers tijdens de volledige lifecycle van een project.
  • Je volgt nieuwe functionaliteiten binnen Microsoft 365 op en bekijkt hoe deze waarde kunnen bieden voor onze organisatie.
  • Je bent mee application owner voor (in-house en 3rd party) applicaties.
  • Waar nodig ga je ook hands-on aan de slag om oplossingen uit te werken.
  • Ervaring - Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als Business Analyst, Product Owner of gelijkaardige rol en bent vertrouwd met het opstellen van user stories en requirements.
  • Expert - Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft 365, SharePoint en het Power Platform, en ervaring met het zelf uitwerken van oplossingen hierin is een plus.
  • Talen - Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands.
  • Persoonlijkheid - Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en hanteert een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Communicatie - Je communiceert helder en gestructureerd en weet ideeën duidelijk over te brengen naar verschillende stakeholders.
  • Cultuur - Je toont initiatief en leergierigheid en bouwt graag mee aan een moderne digitale werkplek.
