In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Transaktionskommunikation. Du analysierst Kund*innenbedürfnisse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Business und IT neue Lösungen entlang der Customer Journey. Als Bindeglied zwischen Fachbereichen, Technologie und Kund*innenerlebnis sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kommunikationskanäle einen echten Mehrwert schaffen und optimal auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund*innen abgestimmt sind.

Worauf es in diesem Job ankommt

* Du verantwortest die strategische und fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Transaktionskommunikation über E-Mail, Push-Nachrichten und weitere kund*innenenrelevante Kanäle * Du leitest in der Aufbauphase ein strategisches Transformationsprojekt zur Modernisierung und Standardisierung der Transaktionskommunikation und führst dieses erfolgreich zum Abschluss * Du etablierst Standards, Governance-Modelle und Best Practices für die kanalübergreifende Transaktionskommunikation * Du analysierst Kund*innenbedürfnisse, Nutzungsmuster und Geschäftsanforderungen und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab * Du unterstützt das Team bei Business Analyse-Aktivitäten und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in umsetzbare Lösungen

Worauf es uns ankommt

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Business Analyse sowie im Produkt- und Projektmanagement * Erfahrung mit digitalen Kommunikationskanälen wie E-Mail, Push-Nachrichten oder vergleichbaren Kundeninteraktionskanälen * Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu strukturieren, Stakeholder zu koordinieren und unterschiedliche Interessen erfolgreich zusammenzuführen * Verständnis für digitale Plattformen und technische Zusammenhänge * Hohe Eigeninitiative, Lösungsorientierung und Umsetzungsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten * gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Bezahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation, jedoch mindestens 56.100,- Euro (Bruttojahresgehalt, all-in).
