In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij het stroomlijnen van onze interne werking en digitale tools.

  • Je ondersteunt collega's bij het gebruik van ERP-systemen en analyseert knelpunten om processen slimmer en sneller te maken.
  • Als Business Analyst Project Manager beheer je de IT-planning via methodieken zoals Scrum en stem je de vraag nauwkeurig af op de beschikbare capaciteit.
  • Je brengt structuur aan in meldingen, onderzoekt fouten in masterdata en waarborgt zo de stabiliteit van de software.
  • Je denkt actief mee met het management over relevante KPI's en helpt bij het opzetten van overzichtelijke dashboards in de rapporteringsomgeving.
  • Je formuleert heldere adviezen voor zowel de korte als lange termijn om de operationele werking continu te verbeteren.

Profiel

Voor de functie van Business Analyst Project Manager zoeken we een doortastende professional met de juiste instelling.

  • Ervaring van 3 tot 5 jaar met projectbeheer of een Scrum-aanpak is essentieel voor deze rol.
  • Je beschikt over het talent om bedrijfsprocessen snel te doorgronden en deze te vertalen naar praktische, werkbare IT-oplossingen.
  • Kennis van geavanceerde bedrijfssoftware, Power BI en recente technologische ontwikkelingen zoals AI is een grote troef.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een gestructureerde organisator die rust bewaart en proactief meedenkt.
  • Meertaligheid is jouw sterkte: je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, en redden in het Engels is geen probleem.
