Besonders stolz sind wir auf unser hochkarätiges Team. Eine bunte Mischung aus Finanz-Expert_innen, Mathematiker_innen, Artificial Intelligence-, IT- & Wirtschafts-Profis. 1 Business Analyst (w/m/d) Deine Rolle:

* Du unterstützt unsere B2B-Kund_innen (Versicherungen & Banken) bei der Anbindung, Customization und Implementierung unserer Kund_innenberatungssoftware.

* Du analysierst fachliche und technische Anforderungen und erstellst Spezifikationen und User Stories für die Umsetzung unserer Lösungen. Zusammen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern erarbeitest du Konzepte und Lösungsvorschläge.

* Du begleitest die Umsetzungen, überprüfst und validierst Ergebnisse entsprechend den Anforderungen und unterstützt beim Rollout, einschließlich Test- & Releasemanagement.

* Du bringst dein Know-how in die Angebotserstellung ein und unterstützt den Vertrieb bei fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen.

Das bringst du mit:

* (Erste) Erfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistung und grundlegendes Verständnis von Versicherungs- und Anlageprodukten und/oder Finanzberatung

* Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Projekten und/oder eine relevante Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Du hast ein gutes Gespür für fachliche und technische Zusammenhänge und bringst sie klar und strukturiert auf den Punkt

* Du bist ein:e technologieaffine:r Umsetzer:in und freust dich darauf, mit uns die Zukunft der Finanzberatung zu gestalten

Und das gibt's dafür:

* Das Mindestgehalt beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag je nach Erfahrung € 3.267 oder € 3.954 brutto/Monat (14x jährlich). Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung explizit vorgesehen. Zusätzlich bieten wir die Möglichkeit auf einen Bonus, der sich an der individuellen Leistung und dem Unternehmensergebnis orientiert, sowie ein flexibles Arbeitszeitmodell mit Gleitzeit und Überstundenvergütung.

* Möglichkeit der Teilnahme am Mitarbeiterbeteiligungsprogramm am Mutterunternehmen BSI nach einem Jahr Firmenzugehörigkeit.
