In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij de feilloze implementatie en stroomlijning van geavanceerde logistieke software.

  • Je fungeert als de onmisbare brug tussen de functionele behoeftes van een magazijn en de technische vereisten van toeleveranciers, wat leidt tot een waterdicht eindconcept.
  • Door het accuraat begeleiden van het selectieproces voor nieuwe systemen, garandeer je dat de gekozen oplossing perfect aansluit bij de operationele flow van de klant.
  • Het opstellen van verhelderende demo-scenario's en scherpe technische documentatie behoort tot jouw wekelijkse prioriteiten.
  • Tijdens de volledige projectcyclus – van design en opbouw tot de finale testfase en go-live – bewaak je nauwlettend de gemaakte afspraken zodat alles zonder haperingen landt.
  • Met behulp van visuele tools breng je ingewikkelde processen strak in kaart, waardoor alle neuzen intern en extern in exact dezelfde richting wijzen.

Profiel

We zoeken iemand die moeiteloos het grotere plaatje ziet, maar tegelijk de absolute details van efficiënt magazijnbeheer begrijpt. Jouw nieuwe rol als Business Analyst WMS vraagt om een analytische blik met een stevige focus op het eindresultaat.

  • Je beschikt over minstens vijf jaar werkervaring rond de IT-kant van magazijnsystemen, rijkelijk aangevuld met diepgaande WMS-kennis.
  • Ervaring met de dagelijkse operationele realiteit van logistieke processen zorgt ervoor dat je razendsnel de noden van de business capteert.
  • Kennis van databanken en complexe infrastructuren is een flinke troef die je in staat stelt om vlot met ontwikkelaars te schakelen.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een heldere communicator die zich soepel uitdrukt in het Nederlands en Engels, waarbij een basiskennis Frans mooi meegenomen is.
