Als eine 100% Tochter der an der Wiener Börse notierten Schoeller-Bleckmann Oilfied Equipment AG mit weltweit etwa 1.200 Mitarbeitern sind wir Teil einer international agierenden Gruppe.

Wir suchen 1 Business Application Manager (w/m/d) Wir sind ein innovatives Unternehmen in der Industrie mit starkem Fokus auf Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und moderne IT-Lösungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere IT-Anwendungen sowie die Schnittstellen zur Produktion (OT) weiterentwickelt und betreut.

Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben

* Sicherstellung des Applikationsbetriebs (Systemverfügbarkeit, Störungsmanagement)

* Qualität & Stabilität:

Gemeinsam im Team Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Anwendungsbetriebs sowie Initiierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Performance- und Prozessoptimierung.

* Verbesserungspotentiale erkennen, passende Software-Lösungen identifizieren und implementieren, um Geschäfts- und Produktionsprozesse zu optimieren sowie Workflows zu vereinfachen

* Anforderungsmanagement:

Analyse der Bedürfnisse der Fachbereiche sowie Übersetzung in klar definierte Anforderungen an Anwendungen und Systeme.

* System- & Prozessentwicklung:

Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung unserer Applikationslandschaft zur optimalen Unterstützung der Geschäftsprozesse (ERP, DMS, MES, CRM, etc.)

* Abstimmung und Steuerung von Software-Lieferanten und externen Dienstleistern.

* Zusammenarbeit & Koordination:

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, externen Partnern und IT-Dienstleistern zur gemeinsamen Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen.

* Kontinuierliche Prozess- und Applikationsoptimierung sowie Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen

* Implementierung & Optimierung:

Einführung neuer Anwendungen, Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme und Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe.

* User-Support (Second Level Support) für zugeordnete Anwendungen

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von System- und Prozessdokumentationen

Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Erfahrung / Qualifikation

* Erfahrung in Applikationsbetreuung, IT-Support oder Digitalisierung von Prozessen

* Vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit SAP, MES und ECM - Systemen

* Kenntnisse gängiger Datenbanken, Schnittstellentechnologien (APIs, Webservices) und Betriebssysteme

* Programmier- / Skriptingkenntnisse (z. B. SQL, PowerShell, Java, Python) sowie Erfahrung mit Cloud-basierten Services (SaaS, PaaS) und MS365 von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in Release- & Change-Management sowie im IT-Sicherheits- und Compliance-Umfeld

* Erfahrung mit IT-Systemen in der Produktionsumgebung von Vorteil

* Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigeninitiative

* Freude an Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern

Leistungen der Anstellung

* Bezahlung nach Metaller-KV 4.000 € brutto / Monat.

Eine Überzahlung ist bei entsprechender Kompetenz und Erfahrung möglich.
