In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het functioneel beheer en de verdere optimalisatie van onze bedrijfskritische applicaties. Je helpt gebruikers, bewaakt de kwaliteit van applicaties en vertaalt behoeften uit de organisatie naar concrete verbeteringen. Wat ga je doen? Als Business Application Specialist zorg je ervoor dat onze applicaties in de dagelijkse praktijk goed functioneren, beheersbaar blijven en op de juiste manier worden gebruikt. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor functionele vragen, ondersteunt gebruikers en coördineert incidenten, wijzigingen, tests en releases. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de Product Owner, die de verbinding vormt tussen de business en het ontwikkelteam. Vanuit het dagelijkse applicatiebeheer signaleer je knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden en lever je inhoudelijke input voor toekomstige ontwikkelingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren en optimaliseren van onze bedrijfsapplicaties; - Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij functionele vragen en problemen; - Analyseren van meldingen en bepalen of deze functioneel of technisch van aard zijn; - Analyseren van functionele vragen en deze vertalen naar concrete bevindingen, oplossingsrichtingen en input voor de Product Owner; - Uitwerken van functionele specificaties en acceptatiecriteria voor wijzigingen die door de Product Owner zijn geprioriteerd; - Coördineren en bewaken van i...
