The posting

Voor een sterk groeiende onderneming actief binnen de bouw- en distributiesector zoeken we een Business Applications Solution Lead. In deze sleutelrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw, implementatie en optimalisatie van ERP- en CRM-oplossingen binnen het Microsoft-ecosysteem.

Je fungeert als schakel tussen business en IT en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de oplossingen van analyse tot oplevering en nazorg.

Takenpakket

Analyse & solution design

  • Analyseren van businessbehoeften samen met key users en stakeholders
  • Vertalen van bedrijfsprocessen naar functionele oplossingen binnen ERP- en CRM-systemen
  • Uitwerken van functionele analyses, solution design, integraties en dataflows

Implementatie & delivery

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van implementaties
  • Functioneel aansturen van development- en implementatiepartners
  • Configuraties, integraties en datamigraties begeleiden
  • Validatie en testing van oplossingen opvolgen

Testing, go-live & adoptie

  • Organiseren en begeleiden van SIT- en UAT-testtrajecten
  • Opleiden en ondersteunen van key users
  • Opstellen van documentatie en werkinstructies
  • Begeleiden van go-live en nazorg

Support & optimalisatie

  • Ondersteunen van 2e lijn support
  • Detecteren van verbeterkansen en optimalisaties
  • Meewerken aan de verdere roadmap van ERP-, CRM- en Power Platform-oplossingen
  • Actief meedenken over AI- en innovatieoplossingen binnen het Microsoft-ecosysteem

Profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met ERP- en/of CRM-oplossingen binnen Microsoft-omgevingen
  • Kennis van Business Central, Dynamics 365 en/of Power Platform
  • Ervaring met functionele analyse, implementaties en datamigraties
  • Sterk analytisch en conceptueel inzicht
  • Ervaring in samenwerking met developers en externe partners
  • Hands-on, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden richting business en IT
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en ownership
  • Interesse in AI en digitale innovatie
