Locatie Utrecht Flexim Netherlands B.V. Business Assistant (32-40 uur) | Hoofdkantoor Utrecht Ben jij een organisatietalent dat energie krijgt van afwisseling, regelen en verbinden? Als Business Assistant bij Flexim ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zo'n 100 collega's en ondersteun je diverse afdelingen, waaronder HR, Recruitment, Finance, Marketing, Backoffice en Wagenparkbeheer. Je bent de spil van de organisatie, houdt overzicht, signaleert verbeterkansen en zorgt dat collega's optimaal worden ondersteund. Wat ga je doen? - Organisatiebreed aanspreekpunt voor collega's, leveranciers en externe relaties. - Ondersteunen van HR, Recruitment, Finance, Marketing, Backoffice en Wagenparkbeheer. - Coördineren van interne evenementen, kennissessies en medewerkersinitiatieven. - Initiëren en ondersteunen van verbeterprocessen gericht op ontwikkeling, efficiëntie en medewerkersbetrokkenheid. - Beheren en optimaliseren van administratieve processen, documentatie en SharePoint. - Zorgdragen voor een representatieve en goed georganiseerde kantooromgeving. Wat breng jij mee? - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Een proactieve, zelfstandige en servicegerichte instelling. - Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Ervaring in een ondersteunende of coördinerende rol. - Affiniteit met Microsoft 365, Teams en SharePoint.
