Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Business banker voor een bank kantoor te Sint-Joris-Winge.

Stel je voor: een zonnige ochtend in Sint-Joris-Winge. Het dorp ontwaakt langzaam, maar in dit kantoor heerst al een bruisende energie. Hier begint jouw avontuur als Business Banker.

Je loopt het moderne kantoor binnen, waar je wordt verwelkomd door een team van enthousiaste collega's. Je voelt meteen de dynamiek en de drive om klanten te helpen hun zakelijke dromen waar te maken. Als Business Banker ben jij de vertrouwenspersoon voor ondernemers in de regio. Je kent hun verhalen, hun uitdagingen en hun ambities.

Vandaag heb je een afspraak met een lokale ondernemer die zijn bedrijf wil uitbreiden. Je hebt je grondig voorbereid en hebt een aantal op maat gemaakte financiële oplossingen klaarstaan. Tijdens het gesprek luister je aandachtig naar zijn plannen en geef je deskundig advies. Je ziet de opluchting en het vertrouwen in zijn ogen groeien. Dit is waar je het voor doet.

Na de lunch heb je een teamoverleg. Samen met je collega's bespreek je de nieuwste marktontwikkelingen en trends in de financiële sector. Jullie delen inzichten en ideeën om klanten nog beter van dienst te kunnen zijn. De samenwerking is hecht en de sfeer is collegiaal. Iedereen heeft hetzelfde doel voor ogen: klanten helpen slagen.

Over de functie:

Bij deze bank zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en klantgerichte Business Banker om ons team in Sint-Joris-Winge te versterken. Als Business Banker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitbouwen van een portefeuille van zakelijke klanten. Je biedt hen op maat gemaakte financiële oplossingen en advies, en helpt hen bij het realiseren van hun zakelijke doelstellingen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van een bestaande portefeuille van zakelijke klanten en actief op zoek gaan naar nieuwe klanten.
  • Analyseren van de financiële behoeften van klanten en hen adviseren over passende financiële producten en diensten.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties door regelmatig contact en uitstekende service.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams om de beste oplossingen voor klanten te bieden.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van marktontwikkelingen en trends in de financiële sector.
  • Bachelordiploma in een relevante richting (bijvoorbeeld economie, financiën, bedrijfsbeheer) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de banksector.
  • Sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  • Klantgerichte instelling en het vermogen om sterke relaties op te bouwen.
  • Goede kennis van financiële producten en diensten.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Stressbestendig en goed kunnen organiseren
