Als Team Lead binnen Microsoft Business Applications krijg je de kans om een team van consultants te ondersteunen in hun groei en klanten te begeleiden bij innovatieve digitale oplossingen. Je komt terecht in een ambitieuze IT-organisatie waar ondernemerschap, autonomie en samenwerking sterk worden aangemoedigd. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en coachende aanpak lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan zowel de ontwikkeling van je team als het succes van uitdagende projecten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je begeleidt en coacht een team van een tiental Business Application consultants en engineers en stimuleert hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en verdeling van de werkzaamheden, zodat projecten efficiënt en succesvol worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je ondersteunt bij complexe klantvragen en uitdagende projecten en denkt actief mee tijdens pre-salestrajecten en implementaties.
  • Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, consultants en het management en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking en heldere communicatie.
  • Je draagt bij aan de verdere uitbouw van het team door processen te optimaliseren, structuur aan te brengen en de organisatie verder te professionaliseren.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een Team Lead, Service Delivery of gelijkaardige leidinggevende functie.
  • Je beschikt over een brede kennis van Microsoft Business Applications, bij voorkeur Business Central.
  • Je bent een coachende leider met sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, analytisch en pragmatisch en voelt je thuis in een dynamische KMO-omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen consultancy of de productie- en maakindustrie is een sterke troef.
