- Werken bij DIT Holding Business Coördinator Roemenië Deventer Over de functie Als Business Coördinator Roemenië ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt en de vraagbaak voor onze Roemeense medewerkers. Vanaf het moment dat zij voor DIT in Nederland aan het werk zijn, zorg jij ervoor dat zij weten waar ze terechtkunnen met vragen en dat signalen snel bij de juiste collega of afdeling terechtkomen. Je onderhoudt actief contact met de medewerkers en houdt zicht op hoe het met hen gaat tijdens hun inzet. Vragen kunnen gaan over werk, planning, afspraken of praktische zaken rondom hun verblijf en inzet in Nederland. Je hoeft niet ieder onderwerp zelf op te lossen, maar zorgt wel dat er opvolging komt en dat medewerkers niet tussen verschillende afdelingen blijven hangen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met onder andere Accountmanagement, planning, backoffice en andere betrokken collega's. Door goed te luisteren, duidelijk te communiceren en tijdig te signaleren draag je bij aan tevreden medewerkers, continuïteit bij onze klanten en een professionele dienstverlening. Tot je taken behoren verder: - Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt en vraagbaak voor onze Roemeense medewerkers; - Het actief onderhouden van contact met medewerkers tijdens hun inzet in Nederland; - Het beantwoorden van vragen en het doorzetten van onderwerpen naar de juiste interne collega of afdeling wanneer specialistische opvolging nodig is; - Het signaleren van knelpunten rondom werk, planning, communicatie of praktische omstandigheden en zorgen dat deze tijdig worden opgepakt; - Het ondersteunen van medewerkers bij het begrijpen van afspraken, procedures en verwachtingen binnen DIT en bij de opdrachtgever; - Het afstemmen met Accountmanagers en andere betrokken collega's wanneer er bijzonderheden zijn rondom een medewerker of plaatsing; - Het ondersteunen bij een goede start van nieuwe Roemeense medewerkers en zorgen dat zij weten bij wie zij terechtkunnen; - Het vas...
