Binnen het inside sales team vorm je samen met proposal managers en sales support het fundament voor nieuwe deals en commerciële trajecten binnen de facilitaire dienstverlening. Waar sales de relatie bouwt, zorg jij dat het voorstel inhoudelijk en financieel klopt. Je duikt in complexe facilitaire vraagstukken van klanten en vertaalt deze naar een sterk commercieel model en een realistische business case. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen rekent, maar ook meedenkt: Hoe organiseren we de dienstverlening? Wat is een eerlijke prijs? En waar zitten de risico's of kansen in het voorstel? Je bent betrokken bij het hele commerciële traject. Van de eerste marktconsultatie en data-analyse tot de go/no-go beslissing, het uitwerken van RFP's en uiteindelijk de contractfase. Daardoor zie je precies hoe een idee zich ontwikkelt tot een concrete samenwerking met een klant. Wat maakt de rol van business consultant zo leuk? Wat deze rol bijzonder maakt, is dat je vaak werkt aan integrale facility management oplossingen waarbij meerdere labels van Draaijer Heyday samenwerken. Je brengt verschillende disciplines samen en vertaalt dat naar één helder commercieel voorstel. Dat vraagt analytisch vermogen, maar ook het vermogen om verbanden te leggen tussen operatie, finance en commercie. Als business consultant sta je dicht op de besluitvorming. Je werk heeft directe impact op grote commerciële trajecten én op hoe Draaijer Heyday haar facilitaire dienstverlening in de markt positioneert.
