Wij zijn op zoek naar een ondernemende Business Consultant die onze klanten verder helpt groeien én zelf graag stappen zet. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben jij het commerciële én operationele aanspreekpunt voor interim of W&S opdrachten. Je beweegt je snel tussen klanten, Finance Professionals, ZZP'ers en collega's en weet steeds de juiste mensen bij elkaar te brengen. - Je haalt dagelijks (interim) opdrachten binnen bij nieuwe én bestaande klanten. - Je schakelt tussen opdrachtgever en finance professionals en onze eigen interim finance professionals. - Je bouwt een sterk netwerk van kandidaten en relaties op. - Je verbindt talent snel aan uitdagende opdrachten en bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject. - Je onderhandelt professioneel over tarieven en voorwaarden en zorgt voor duidelijke en heldere afspraken. - Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige administratie en weet verwachtingen goed te managen. Kortom: Jij bent in de lead van het volledige bemiddelingsproces, van het eerste contact tot het ondertekende contract. De verdeling van de werkzaamheden; 60% business development en relatiebeheer, 25% recruitment en matching, 15% begeleiding van lopende opdrachten. Wat maakt deze rol bijzonder? Je krijgt vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen duidelijke kaders. Daarin krijg jij de ruimte om je commerciële aanpak te bepalen, relaties op te bouwen en kansen te creëren.
