Als Business Consultant & Accountmanager IT bij ICoTec ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van bestaande én nieuwe klantrelaties. Je verdiept je in de bedrijfsvoering van klanten en onderzoekt hoe IT processen slimmer, veiliger en efficiënter kan maken. Je verkoopt daarbij geen losse ICT-producten, maar bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties en helpt organisaties hun bedrijfsdoelstellingen te realiseren met de juiste inzet van IT. Your role Als Business Consultant & Accountmanager IT ben je het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospects. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de technische vraag en verdiept je in wat er binnen een organisatie speelt, waar kansen liggen en welke rol IT daarin kan vervullen. Samen met onze engineers vertaal je deze vraagstukken naar passende oplossingen en begeleid je het commerciële traject van het eerste gesprek tot een langdurige samenwerking. - Je bouwt bestaande klantrelaties verder uit en onderhoudt langdurige contacten. - Je ontwikkelt actief nieuwe zakelijke klanten. - Je voert commerciële en strategische gesprekken met klanten en prospects. - Je verdiept je in bedrijfsprocessen en signaleert waar IT waarde kan toevoegen. - Je vertaalt commerciële kansen samen met engineers naar passende IT-oplossingen. - Je adviseert over onder andere Microsoft 365, cloud, cybersecurity, werkplekken, netwerken en telefonie. - Je stelt offertes op, presenteert...
