Beschrijving opdracht De opdracht betreft de rol van Business Consultant bij het Uitvoeringsinstituut Werknemersverzekeringen (UWV), specifiek als Adviseur / Streamlead ATB MIB Administration. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en optimaliseren van administratieve processen binnen de ATB MIB-keten en het leveren van advies aan stakeholders binnen UWV. De rol vraagt om procesvernieuwing, kwaliteitsborging en het vertalen van beleid naar uitvoerbare werkafspraken en systemen. Samenwerking met interne en externe partijen is cruciaal, waarbij compliance en strikte naleving van UWV-eisen leidend zijn. De samenwerking wordt geleverd binnen strikte contractvoorwaarden: deta-vast aanvragen worden niet via Circle8 gefaciliteerd en doorleen is niet toegestaan voor leveranciers. Vereist profiel - Aantoonbare ervaring als Business Consultant of Adviseur binnen vergelijkbare overheids- of sociale zekerheidsomgevingen, bij voorkeur met ATB/MIB-kennis. - Sterke ervaring in procesoptimalisatie, stakeholdermanagement en het opstellen van uitvoerings- en kwaliteitsafspraken. - Analytisch sterk, besluitvaardig en ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams of streamleads. - Affiniteit met/kennis van administratieve systemen en data-gedreven besluitvorming binnen uitvoeringsorganisaties. - Beschikbaarheid van relevante compliance- en administratieve voorzieningen (zie UWV-eisen hieronder).
