Je brengt organisaties en professionals op het juiste moment met elkaar in contact en vertaalt kansen naar succesvolle en duurzame samenwerkingen. Wat ga je doen? - Je benadert actief nieuwe opdrachtgevers en bouwt aan duurzame, langdurige klantrelaties; - Je herkent kansen bij opdrachtgevers, adviseert over onze dienstverlening en vertaalt behoeften naar concrete opdrachten en samenwerkingen; - Je voert gesprekken met communicatiemanagers en marketingmanagers en bouwt langdurige klantrelaties op; - Je stelt offertes op en onderhandelt over commerciële afspraken; - Je werkt nauw samen onze recruitment consultants om opdrachten succesvol in te vullen. Wij zoeken iemand met - Je hebt relevante ervaring als Business Consultant, Accountmanager of Sales Consultant binnen de arbeidsbemiddeling, recruitment en/of detachering; - Aantoonbare ervaring met het realiseren van nieuwe klantrelaties en het uitbouwen van bestaande accounts; - Je hebt een relevant netwerk van opdrachtgevers in de marketing & communicatie branche; - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo opleiding; - Je bent commercieel ingesteld en krijgt energie van new business; - Je woont in de Randstad; - Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en geschrift.
