Als Business Consultant bij a·s WORKS werk je aan uitdagende projecten bij nieuwe én bestaande klanten, waarin je HR-strategie, IT en procesoptimalisatie bij elkaar brengt. Je implementeert HR2day. Het meest innovatieve HRM & Payroll-platform en je helpt organisaties vooruit. Je komt terecht in een informeel en deskundig team met veel vrijheid én groeikansen. Klinkt dit als jouw volgende stap? Wie ben jij? - Je hebt hbo of wo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met adviesopdrachten in HRM/Payroll, applicatie-inrichting en/of procesoptimalisatie; - Je denkt analytisch, bent communicatief sterk en leergierig; - Je schakelt makkelijk met meerdere klanten tegelijk; - Je hebt energie, brengt gezelligheid mee en een gezonde dosis humor. Wat ga je doen? Als Business Consultant voer je projecten uit bij zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten. Je adviseert, implementeert en optimaliseert HR-processen binnen HR2day en begeleidt organisaties in hun transitie naar een innovatieve digitale werkomgeving. Jouw taken: - Implementeren van HR2day bij nieuwe klanten; - Optimaliseren van processen bij bestaande klanten; - Vertalen van HR-strategie naar praktische inrichting in de applicatie; - Adviseren over employee experience en verandermanagement; - Beheren van klantrelaties als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt; - Sparren met collega's over organisatievraagstukken en innovaties.
