Als Business Development Consultant ben jij vaak degene bij wie zo'n samenwerking begint. Je spreekt met HR-managers, HR-directeuren, leidinggevenden en directies over hun organisatie. Of over een probleem waarvan nog helemaal niet duidelijk is wat de beste oplossing is. Je stelt vragen, ontdekt waar de echte behoefte zit en vertaalt die samen met de consultants naar een passend programma of voorstel. En natuurlijk zit daar een commerciële verantwoordelijkheid aan vast. Want een goed gesprek is mooi. Een mooie samenwerking die daaruit ontstaat, is nog beter.
